After many months of not working and costing thousands it’s abiut time it was sorted! The tv has had numerous resets full factory and disconnect from mains also through Samsung helpline and no joy, all I get is not recognised and the large black selection box showing the commands where as before it was a single line across the top and showing channel I’d selected at the bottom, I’ve tried all the guides and settings but no joy it’s running version 1380 software and also I’ve three remotes do I doubt all three are not working as every other button works manually but with no keypad you have to pull up onscreen pad all the time, internet is by cable not WiFi so always on and that all works fine steaming etc so at a loss now.
