I have my voice commands set up and when I hold the mic button in and say something like “Open Netflix” the tv will respond and say “getting Netflix from Samsung” and then it doesn’t launch it. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you. I was setup to use Alexa and for whatever reason it wasn’t working. I switched to Bixby and it works like a charm now.
