Hi folks. First post so be gentle. I have just bought a Samsung smart TV and hooked it up to the virgin V6 box via a Yamaha amp. The TV is a UE43RU7400U. Every now again whether I'm watching TV on virgin or Netflix sometimes for a few seconds the picture goes black and the sound drops out. A circle appears on the screen almost like a buffer circle in purple and a few seconds later all appears normal. If I rewind live TV or Netflix to the point where it happened it does not replicate the problem. Any ideas how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
