The new box is recognised by the TV as a virgin cable box but can't be controlled- can't get anywhere with Samsung tech support apps to when this will be fixed- any workaround?
if it's a virgin box then contact virgin to get a replacement handset. Not too sure about a universal controller as a virgin handset does a lot more than just changing channels.
