Vertical multi coloured lives TV

Hi all

We have a ue40es8000 TV and it's been stored for a few years in a bedroom.  When I tried to use it again, it works for a few mins but then clicks, with the picture disappearing being replaced my multi coloured thin vertical lines. 

Is the TV savable?

Hi @Gouldy  This is a 2012 model and The latest firmware was released 2019 https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE40ES8000UXXU/  check connections are secure, could disconnect for around 5 minutes However  I suspect if  you do a Picture Test , Menu-Support-Self Diagnosis- Picture Test that may well reveal  a Fault and if so likely to be the power Board.  Repair would not be worthwhile in this case.
