@Adam Richichi : Are the lines visible on all channels and sources? If you head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, is the problem visible in the sample images? If so, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred channel, and an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange any necessary repairs.
