I recently noticed a black vertical line that looks like a shadow in the middle of the screen. Anyone have a cause or suggestion. Model UN65MU8000FXZA.
Samsung worked with me... They actually gave me a warranty screen, and I paid the labor for the tech to come out. So it was 180 for the tech. *****ty pill to swallow, but better than replacing the TV entirely
My UN65NU7300 Cure TV just 18 months. spent $1000
Has this issue. Called customer service, one-year warrenty expired, they can do NOTHING!
Will keep away from Samsung appliances from now on.
What a junk Samsung!!!
I fixed the problem by self
my tv scrow less only clips
I bought backlight led strips 100£ new *2
I found only one damaged
my Samsung perfect now with 50£ onl
I advise everyone to try.
Because if you try,(succeed)
you saved money.
And if you fail, you also succeed.
Because you will buy a new TV for the same price of repair that you want Samsung
What's the fix the old tv is still upstairs ready to be thrown out. Samsung are a disgrace! So many people have spent big on Tvs and have this issue a few years down the line and Samsung don't want to know!
i would love to get this issue on watchdog tv program
Just off fone from Samsung, total lack of customer care ,TV is 2 years old ,55in curved and black shadows in 7 different spots ,last samsung products that will ever enter my home ,
This is incorrect depending on where you live of course. In the usa, many states have passed legislation that consumers should be allowed to fix their own products without a void of warranty. Being warranties set you up to not cover the issue they make sure they send you. It’s like the forever lightbulb, didn’t last long, once they realized revenue died if a lightbulb never had to be purchased from them again, it’s bs. I’m doing something about it, join in
