Hi,
I bought a used Samsung UN24H4500AF. My intention is to use it to watch Netflix, and that's about it.
I've been able to connect to my home wifi. But when I try to open an app in Smart Hub, I get a message that it's "updating" and to try again later.
It didn't come with a remote, and I don't know if the prior owner put in a PIN.
Is there a way for me to do a factory reset?
