Hello!

I have a LE37C650 tv, which works fine. However, it will not work with a USB3.0 128Gb flash drive. It sees the drive as a USB 3.0 stick but does not see any files. I have looked at the user guide, and there is no mention of how a flash drive should be formatted. The one I have will only format as NTFS or ExFAT. Is there a maximum size of drive that the tv will support?

Cheers,

Colin

@Enfield250: I've had a look into this for you and the user manual states that the file system supports FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS, and that flash drives should be inserted into USB port 2 (USB port 1 is for USB HDD). If the TV isn't able to read the files on the drive, insert it into a PC and format it to NTFS, making sure to backup the contents prior to completing this step. I hope this helps.

Thank you, Andrew.

I'll give that a try.
