Hello,
I used to have a Frame TV and could control my Marantz amplifier with the funky white remote using the universal remote.
I could turn volume up and down on the Marantz with the Samsung remote while the one box sat inside a cupboard.
I now replaced my TV with a newer model that comes with a black remote instead (R-NZ). I did the same setup and cannot control the volume if the One box is inside the cupboard. But if I open the cupboard things work as before. It is as if the remote needs to see the one box. Has somebody experienced something similar? How did you solve it?
