I have a 65" UN65MU7000 (purchased Nov 2017 ..I think) and a Fire Tv Stick 4K (purchased Aug 2020) and I have the Fire Stick plugged in port 1 and CEC is turned on, on both devices yet the Samsung does not control the Fire Stick. It sees it as an unknown device and I can use the Fire Stick just fine I just can't use the Samsung remote with the Firestick. Samsung also doesn't see the "brand" when searching doe a device for the universal remote. I'm not sure what I'm missing? When I had plugged in my Nvidia Shield it just worked, but when I plug in the Firestick it is just an unknown device.
