Unable to synchronise sound from my Samsung sound bar ( HW-Q80R) with my Samsung Q90R TV. They are linked into a Virgin Box.

The TV and sound bar are hard wired into the Arc port. Have tried Wireless also but no better.  Is it likely to be a slight delay in Virgin system that is not allowing perfect sound synchronisation?
