Unable to sign into Samsung account on new tv

Hi all, 

 

I've just bought a new Samsung tv the other day. I’m now trying to sign into my Samsung account but it keeps saying the password or email is wrong. I know it’s not because I changed the password and it still said it, also my partner made an account to try and that didn’t work.

software version: 1460.9

 

i know it can’t be the accounts themselves as the details are correct. I have tried unplugging for 5 minutes and that didn’t work. 

can anyone help me out with this, currently isolating with a baby and we just want Disney+ to keep him occupied.

try signing in with smarthings app. if you sign in on the app it will automatically sign you into the tv which you add the tv
