Unable to Register TV

I am unable to register my TV as the error message advises that the serial number is not valid ?

I have the valid serial number off the back of the TV, I have managed to register 3 other TV's in the house but for some reason I can't register this one.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Fake samsung TV or your inputting the serial number wrong

Have you tried in the settings "about this tv" that with give you the true serial number. See if they both tie together. If not register it over the phone with samsung.

Yes in Settings,support_About This TV you will the Serial Number as well as for instance the software version . Therefore you can double check, not saying it applies in this case but sometimes 0 and O can be mixed up.
