I am unable to launch app service which takes to the home page of all available apps which we can install on the smart tv. If I search for a particular app and try to install it the screen goes blank and doesn’t come back. I have tried resetting smart hub, factory reset tv, switching off the tv from wall plug but nothing helps here.
can anyone please suggest.
