I have recently purchased the Samsung 55In UE55TU7020KXXU and have never been able to get the red button on the BBC. It just says keeps saying "Not Available". Can you please tell me why.
I have to say your TV's can be very frustrating and you do not supply enough instructions with them. All I received was a couple of pieces of paper in it's box from Argos which just told me how to put it together and what the button on the remote were.
