When I try to open the ALL4 app I receive a message stating that something is not working, try again in a few minutes and gives an error code ALL4-T002. I can view the ALL 4 app's content via a BT TV box but not straight to the TV. All software up to date version 1016.1
Anny ideas? I have no idea how to reset the Smart Hub, which I note is a solution. I do not see the system, smart hub icons anywhere.

Thank you for your response but it is hardly a new app. It is the Channel 4 streaming app.
I do not believe that is the solution but thank you for your input
