I contacted Samsung on Facebook, after giving them the model number they suggested - Thanks for confirming that. We shall go through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this issue, if that's okay? We know it might sound like a sill question, but have you tried unplugging your TV from the wall socket, waiting 30 seconds then plugging it back in, using your TV remote to turn it back on? ^SL
