Hi,
I get an error when using certain apps on my new smart TV that connect to Samsung i.e. Samsung Health & SmartThings.
The error is as follows:
'Unable to connect to the Samsung server. Check your network settings or try again later'
The strange thing is that I used Smartthings to set up the TV so its strange why there is this issue. All other connectivity works fine.
Things I have tried:
TV powercycle.
Rebooting the router.
Resetting TV and setting up manually.
Resetting network connection.
Please can someone offer some help. TV has only arrived and been set up today. Lovely TV but just this annoying thing.

Currently having network error with my SmartThings Hub. This may not help you but just letting you know I am expecting similar issues
