connected to wifi and all set on my smart tv, but it will not allow me to accept terms and conditions on hub tv. Although it says that internet connection is not stable I can assure you it is.
can anyone suggest on any other issue it could be? Thanks

I have just had this problem but have managed to sort it. I live in Gibraltar but my TV was bought just a few km away in Spain. I had the terms and Conditions problems too which seemed insoluble. In the end I used a Spanish mobile phone as a wifi hotspot and told the TV to connect to its wifi. It all went through immediately and i can now use the Smart features.
So this problem is one deliberately created by Samsung for its own benefit, not the consumer's.
