UN65AU8000F -- TV Does Not See the Upgrade.MSD on USB drive.

I've been trying to update my tv to the latest version via USB, but when I connect the USB stick to the TV, the TV thinks the stick is empty. When I connect the USB to my PC, the upgrade.msd file is there. I have re-downloaded the update file several times. Tried three USB sticks, and even an SD card. I've been through all of the instructions for a USB update a dozen times. Does anyone know why the TV is unable to see the upgrade file on the USB?

This is not working.  The TV will see the USB, but not during the update process.  Any other ways to make this work.

I never got it to work with USB and this forum was absolutely no help so I gave up.  After a couple of months, it eventually updated on its own via the online update process.

Having the same exact issue. The only thing I wanted to add was that I spent 1+ hr on the phone with Samsung Support, it took awhile for them to understand the issue, but ultimately they "escalated" it and a "dev" was supposed to reach out to me via "text" if they found any resolutions. That hasn't happened of course. The auto update says "404 ..." each time and USB sticks (I've tried 4 at this point + a usb HDD) are not detected by the TV at all. 

My TV in this scenario is UN43TU7000BXZA and I'm trying to update to 2401.0.
