UN55ES7100F Voice Guide Won’t Turn Off

Voice Guide is stuck on and I can’t figure out how to turn it off. 

All the guides online talk about going to “Settings”, “General”, then “Accessibility” but this model doesn’t have these menus.

In my case the cable box triggered the voice guide operation though why has never been determined. It was deactivated via the cable box accessibility settings.
