I purchased this TV on June 5, 2020 and had no issues until a month passed, the only thing I find suspicious is that the TV got a firmware update on July 6, 2020 so I am starting to believe that something went wrong there.
The first problem was random freezing and rebooting, I called customer service and they instructed to perform a factory reset, the TV worked for a moment but then the problem came back again, I perform another factory reset but now all the default apps (Netflix, amazon prime video, youtube, galery, etc.) wont install, oddly any other app will.
Something else I noticed is the device care wont open anymore, unless I do a factory reset and skip the user terms and policy, by doing this another crazy thing happens, the TV will be notifying infinitely that smart security blocked a malicious process called libmbedtls.so, and still freezing and rebooting.
Right now I am waiting for the store to help me with the TV warranty, which is sad because I feel this could be a software issue only.
Had anyone went through this?
