My UE48J6300 TV will get and play UKTV but will only play the first part of any program. After the first ad break it then seizes, showing 2 vertical lines. Is this a UKTV fault or a Samsung fault?
Hello . This is the only app where this happens. Samsung settings say this is the latest app. UKTV told me to uninstall the app and reinstall. This is apparently ,impossible.
