UE65TU7020KXXU smart TV with a medieval remote 😔

So i bought this TV last Christmas and it came with a generic Samsung remote which works only if you hit it hard on solid😁 very disappointing.

Since I bought Samsung Galaxy52s all my text has been indicated SMS, which means I will be charged for sending a texts. But my contracts shows I get unlimited texts everywhere.Why is this?

And I have WhatsApp, and Duo which gives me free & texts.
