Want to start off by saying that live chat was unavailable on 4 occasions when I tried to get support.
I was directed here,which I find disgraceful when the manufacturer directs a customer with a product under warranty to the community.
My problem : I only seem to be able to receive Samsung TV channels. No BBC NO ITV etc.
I performed a factory reset. Still only Samsung TV.
Would be lovely if I could actually get support from Samsung. If it's not to inconvenient.

Good luck, you’re not alone. We have the same issue with this TV as do a lot of others on these forums. As yet no solution from Samsung 😏.

Seems like more than a bug to me. At the end of the day, not being able to use a TV to watch TV channels is like a car with no gearbox.
I still can't get live support and even posting here gave me error messages.
This is pretty terrible after sales support in my opinion.
I've had much better service from Toshiba and Panasonic who made my previous tvs
