Hi,
Yesterday my tv has turned off by itself. When i turn it on there was no source available. Turned it off and back on after 5 min and the image was as per attached . I tried to factory reset it and nothing changed. I tried to access the service mode and I got service mode failure. If I go in demo mode the image is perfect . The tv is out of warranty just 1.5 months ago. (I have only probleams with this tv from day one ... especially with the software and internet. )Anyone has any idea?

Hi Samsung, Thank you a lot for your help. You were verry helpful... Pay a lot of money on a tv that breaks after an year. I had to change the motherboard because the processor was burned out...The paste on the procesor was hard as a stone so the heat dissipation was inexistent. Plus there are no bottom vent holes on the back cover of the tv for a proper ventilation.
