UE55MU6179UXZG TV blackscreen blinking

I have 55“ TV, it works perfectly fine most of the time but sometimes it won’t start. The screen is black and the backlight starts to blink on and off and the red light goes crazy blinking.

I tried to plug it off for some time but not helping. Then it comes back to life on its own.

the problem is happening a lot lately and now it is this way for 2 days and not getting back to normal.

did anyone experience this kind of problem??

would you be able to share the full TV model and software version? Do you have any external devices connected to the TV? If so, can you please unplug then one by one and test if the same thing happen?

You can find the model and software version from the TV Settings> Support> About this Tv or Contact Samsung.

Un49ku7000f nothing hooked up to the TV now tried to do a up date but impossible with out remote my dog ate mine
