Purchased a TV around 3 years ago, which has recently began to cause us some concern. The bottom corner of the screen appears to be melting, with the tv unit itself getting extremely hot when in use. There is also a large black shadow near the centre top to bottom.
We are now concerned about the safety of this TV, it’s not very old and after a brief search on your forum I can see people have reported the actual tv casing starting to melt away too.
Please advise what can be done about this.
I believe we purchase the TV around Nov 2017.
Hi @JSAV, it's a little difficult to see from the pictures, is it actually starting to melt? Is there a burning smell?
