UE55KS8000 hdmi hdr problem with Panasonic dmp-ub400

Im having a bit of a problem with the above combo.untill recently all was well .But ive been watch the dark knight trilogy on 4k bluray and sometimes the tv only recognises the 4k bluray as 1080p and no hdr .if i do a soft reset its fine .this has happened a few time in the last week and untill then has never happened .Ive reset the tv but to no avail

any ideas?

Are you still having this issue? If so, could you send us the current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.

hi,yes still doing it randonly ,firmware is 1239

Thanks for that. It looks like your software is up to date. Let's try a reset of the TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. You'll then be asked for a 4 digit PIN which is usually set to '0000'.

Note this will return the TV back to the default settings, so any adjustments you may have made to the settings will be lost.

hi,reset the tv all was good for a while and then 10 mins into a film the tv lost connection to the ub400.I did a soft reset and carried on and it was ok then

same problem again last night with the ub400.Its almost like if the usb file takes a bit longer to load the tv loses connection
