I have a white flash emitting from bottom of the TV screen. Most noticeable on a black screen, it's like a flashlight.
I have contacted customer services and the sent me links to help.
I tried to arrange a service, however, the system will not accept my postcode! I can put in any other postcode and it will accept that.
I put in a postcode close to my one and put in the remainder of my address to bypass it.
Service was booked, great! No the service centre cancelled, probably due to incorrect postcode.
How do I get this sorted?
