UE557100 subtitles

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyway to turn off subtitles that are shown when playing from a expansion device.

I tried going into the susbtitles, as shown in the picture, the subtitles are off but still shows a subtitle.( no it's not embedded into the video, when I play it from my laptop it does not show subtitles).

Also whenever I go into the subtitles it activates the voice guide, while it's still off in the menu.

are you able to tell me from where are you playing this (what external device)? Is this affecting all the titles or only this one?

It affects the titles of any played file.. 

I cannot turn it off. 

I am playing it from a external hard drive, a Seagate External Drive.
