@Onlysheehan: You will need to connect an aerial to the ANT IN (air/cable) port in the back of the TV in order to access regular, terrestrial channels. Once connected, head to Home > Live TV > Channel List > Terrestrial to view the list of available channels. If you can't see them, please go to Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning Settings > Auto Tuning, and run through the tuning process. I hope this helps.
