check the Bluetooth versions on the two devices, sometimes there are forward and backward compatibility issues with Bluetooth. I hate Bluetooth.

Thanks , both are 4.2

so this should not be the issue

Interesting!

Answer is , I am not sure.

Sound output -> Bluetooth Speaker List  and TV starts searching.

Speaker is also in searching mode.

but nothing is detected.

I assume, it is is send and receive mode ?

the speaker, due to it's nature, will only be a receiver. speaker should be in "discovery " mode and not searching. The speaker needs to be searched for (discovered) by other devices.
the TV, that can be either receiving, sending or both.
I would also unpaired any other devices from the speaker. sometimes they can only pair to one device at a time (regardless of whether the other device is on/active)

final thing to do is to check for updates on both products. if that still doesn't resolve it, either one of the products is faulty OR there's a bad case 9f UE

Thanks ...

TV is updated for latest version .. and no updates for Bluetooth speaker..

I will raise it with Samsung Support .. to see if they have some solution
