After two screen failures of a Samsung curved UHD TV, have just received this model as a replacement under warranty. Alas, the new TV does not read the content of previous recordings saved to external WD HDD, although has connected with the device and recorded new content. Furthermore, new TV will not connect with Electric Jukebox (Roxi) dongle through either of the non Arc HDMI ports, but worked perfectly with the old TV. What's going on?

Could we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Further issue now arisen: cannot cast Lenovo tablet to new TV, though had no problems with previous curved TV. Disappointing!
