UE50NU7402 IPTV stream watching issue

I have a problem watching IPTV stream. After an hour and a half of viewing, the image starts to freeze. Technical support says that this problem is due to buffer overflow. The same problem was on the J series but already fixed with new firmware. IPTV operator provides a view through mpegts/hls servers. But mpegts (http) stream goes bad. Only HLS working fine. Now I have firmware 1251. Samsung, please fix a buffer overflow issue.

Have a poke about in your router advanced settings. Ask your IPTV provider the best way to set up your router. Also some IPTV apps have a time limit and stop streaming unless you change the settings

The problem is 100% with the TV's firmware, because on the set top box with the same ethernet cable and settings, everything is going fine. Updated firmware to latest 1260.8 nothing changed.
