ue50mu6120 casting issues since router reset.

Hi all.

I have a ue50mu6120 smart Samsung TV.

I have been happily casting films from my Win 10 laptop. I had to perform a hard reset this week on my router and ever since the facility to cast has gone. There were always 2 available Samsung TV50's to choose from,a black TV and icon a white TV icon.

The white one has gone leaving the black one.

When I click on the black icon it says I am not connected to the internet.

I am obviously and so is my Samsung note and 2 laptops.

I would love some advice?

Hey @Amber123 ,

when you attempt to connect this, do you get the message saying that you are not connected to the internet on the laptop or from the TV? Is the TV and laptop software up to date and are you able to connect any other device with the TV?
