Dear Members I had samsung smart tv for 3 years previous to this one never had an issue. This tv is regularly showing messages ,"connected to local network but not Internet or network cable not connected. When all other devices are showing full connection whether wired or wireless?Regards Roy
You could try a reset network settings on Samsung TV by resetting the Smart Hub. Launch Smart Hub and go to Tools > Settings > Reset. The TV will prompt you for a password. If you didn't create one, enter the Samsung default password, which is 0000
