UE49KU6100KXXU - Picture only available on Sports Mode

Hi all,

When I turn my TV on there is a flickering picture and intermittent sound. Picture and sound only come on when I select ‘Sports Mode’  on the remote and this sometimes only works after a while.  

Have tried reset and software update but still no joy. 

Anybody had similar problems or got any ideas please?

Sounds as if you have a dodgy connection. Check your connection in and see if you can change it.

Tried new connection and still the same unfortunately.
