I need to retune my TV. I do not use Sky but should now be able to receive Sky Arts and various other channels. There seems to be no retuning facility on the TV and I have been unable to contact Samsung through the Samsung Support on the TV

Try Settings, Broadcasting, Autotuning, Start, Channel Type, Digital
