UE46D7000 won't receive HD channels 35, 55 & 56

Channels 35, 55 & 56 cannot be received from the specific model above.

All other channels 29, 31, 32, 34, 41 are received with 100% signal quality and average 75%-80% signal strength.

If I try manual tuning for the missing channels it shows signal quality 0%.

Another Samsung tv on the same aerial receives the 3 missing channels.

Our area is being served from the Waltham Transmitter.

It's woth noting that the TV was purchased in Greece in 2011.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

The fact that the TV was manufactured for the market in Greece is probably the cause of the issue, @g_t_j. Was the other TV purchased in the UK?

Yes, the other TV is purchased in the UK.

That was my suspicion too but I thought I'd check anyway.
