UE43TU8500 HDMI 1 issue

My new UE43TU8500 was working OK, some of the apps didn't always load properly YouTube mainly but seem to have sorted themselves out. Now however my YouView box,which was working fine isn't being recognised as being on. It is working fine (YouView box) when i switch it on manualy and use it's remote, and the icon/logo is on the apps rail at the bottom of the screen, but it just says it isn't switched on and there is a blank screen?

Did you manage to find a resolution for this? Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Yes cables and ports. I have had a lengthy chat online and it seemed to be resolved after they re set my HDMI ports or something? Trouble is my Apple TV box was then very dark, and now thats not coming up at all, its says it needs to be connected now too? Also didn't see my XBOX 360, is that to be expected. Going to ask John Lewis to take it back, it's garbage.
