Hi All!
So, just got home to find that my trusty UE43RU7470UXXU has decided to stop showing any HDMI inputs! It detects and recognises as sky, chrome cast, dvd player, etc but then doesn't give any picture/sound. Everything else works, inbuilt Netflix, etc.
With all the inputs going at once, I'm hoping it's just had a firmware update that's buggy... I can see the firmware it's on (1401) and it says this is up to date, but can't see anywhere to show when it was last updated.
Does anyone have any idea if/how I can find this, or know if it's a known issue, before I start down the road of trying to get in touch with Samsung Support (If anyone has there details to hand it'd be appreciated.....)?
