UE40KU6470 Warning message pop up

I have a UE40KU6470 smart TV and the message below keeps popping up.  I can select OK to remove it but it just comes back.  I have done a full power off and on, but it keeps coming back.  Any ideas?

Are you still having this issue with your TV? If so, have you tried a full reset of the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Let us know how you get on.

All sorted, it is the controller causing it somehow.  Pulled the batteries and just using the Sky remote now.   I could see the receiver flashing like mad when the pop came up.
