I have a ue40ku6000 Samsung Tv which has the "tvplayer" app.

I have installed the app and signed up for the free trial but none of the "paid channels" work just get a blank screen whenever I select one. All of the "free channels" work fine.

Anybody else having the same problem?

Just to let anybody know who is interested this problem has now been fixed. According to tvplayer support they said it was an issue that was being seen in isolated cases and they had found the root cause.

I dont have any more details but tvplayer has been working fine since Friday 16th June

Hi @Peteg.

Have you contacted the app provider regarding this?

Hi Chris,

Yes I have told them of the issue (three weeks ago and various emails back and forth since then) but no real explanation as yet.  Last mail I had from them they asked me to to check that the time and time zone were set correctly on the TV which they are.

I have done all of the usual things

Re-set the tv

Re-set the Samsung smart hub

Checked Samsung software is up to date

Deleted and re-installed the tvplayer app

My post was to see if any other KU6000 users had experienced the same problem as me but no replies as yet

Pete
