TV has worked fine for more than a year. Then would not load iplayer etc. After resetting everything possible and waiting some days the TV is still stuck. Whenever I select Smarthub I get the message Smarthub is being updated. All suggestions appreciated.
Just to confirm, still no joy if you disconnect all connected devices, unplug the TV, leave it for about 10 minutes, and then connect everything back up?
And what software version is your TV on? Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
