Before we go through the (quite simple) process of trying to update your TV, could you tell us the current software version you have running? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
My Samsung TV is giving the same issue with the old version of Netflix.

I got the same problem with my Netflix app on the same TV.
I updated the latest firmware by USB but the Netflix app didn't updated.
Has anyone managed to find a solution?
I have the same issue. TV is a UA46ES7500. Software version is T-ECPUABC-1031.0. Netflix version is 3.10502. I've checked the samsung website and it seems as though my Samsung Software is the latest, the auto update feature on the TV confirms the same.

An update for this model via USB became available in May 2020, 2010.0 Therefore can those who have this issue check they have the latest update. Firmware can be downloaded from this link https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE40ES6300SXZF/
