I bought the Samsung UE32T5300AKXXU about 3 months ago but I’m having issues with the screen. It doesn’t happen every time but every 1-2 days when I turn it on I’m met with the screen looking like the image below. Turning it off and on once or twice usually sorts it but there is obviously an issue. Does anyone have any solutions or does it need to be sent back/repaired? Thanks

Does it occur on smart apps or Samsung TV Plus?

Hello, it occurs as soon as I turn the tv on. The second it boots up it looks like the picture

OK. It seems like you have a bad T-Con board, contact Samsung for repair costs and how to send your TV for repair. If you are smart enough, take apart the TV and replace the T-Con board, if that doesn’t work, you might need a new TV.
