Bought this for my mother as in the specs it said it had Teletext/Red Button. I see several other people had have issue s with getting teletext or red button services on other models. Just wondering if there was a solution for this one please?

Hi @aliC7 can you check Settings-Broadcasts-Expert Settings - Digital Text- Enable. Though some customers have previously stated they do no have this option. However if to no avail I would suggest a Factory Reset, Settiings-General- Start Set up or Support-Self Diagnosis-Reset.
If still no Text or Red Buttons services available try the Freeview channels 600 and 601 as you may be able to access via these channels.

Thanks James. I think we tried the first one last Saturday but will try again this weekend. Have a feeling though we didn't have the option. Will also try the other suggestions.
