UE32J4510 dont show the pin code for smart view 2.0

Hi, i using this smart tv, when I try to connect the app smart view 2.0 is request a pin code but the tv not showing on the screen the code. The phone and the tv are in the same network, my phone can find the tv and when I select the tv my app waiting for the code. It is a page on tv from where I can get that code? I using Huawei P8. Can someone halp me ?

 I have same problem . Im using an Asus Zenfone 3 and Samsungue32j4510aw and no pin on tv's screen. So any1 can tell us whats the problem ?
